• FC Tekkerz - a club-neutral supplemental training program built on passion, purpose, and player development.

• Passion - We recognize the emotional nature of the game. On and off the field, players experience a wide array of emotions. We teach them to recognize these moments and regulate them, channeling that energy into positive performance.

• Purpose - Intention drives our session planning. By placing players in realistic game scenarios, we ensure that the skills learned in training transfer to the match. Come game day, players are equipped with solutions because they've already solved the problems.

• Player Development - This is our North Star. Our overarching motivation is the long-term growth of the individual. Our pedagogy (how we teach the game) prioritizes the person before the athlete. This formula creates players who are technically proficient and tactically autonomous.

• Our mission is simple: to strengthen each player's relationship with the ball, sharpen their decision-making, and help them fall in love with the beautiful game.

Coach Carlos brings a unique blend of international methodology and local experience, having coached across multiple age groups and competitive levels. His journey includes roles with Ginga FC, Inter CT and partner clubs Milford and Shelton, Sacred Heart Greenwich, and New York City FC. He also currently serves as a Scout with USL Championship side Phoenix Rising FC.

Holding UEFA C, USSF C, and CONMEBOL certifications, he is dedicated to expanding his soccer knowledge and is currently a USSF B License candidate for 2026.
